I had a perfect two-week family holiday last summer, and La Rezidenca turned out to be a great choice. Our room wasn’t large, but worked for the three of us. It was cosy and very clean, with a terrace and a roof window. The elevator was useful for getting to the top floor, and the air conditioning worked well after a hot day at the beach, which was just around the corner. A short stroll along the main street took us to all kinds of restaurants and gelaterias. The hotel has its own restaurant, and I was amazed by what La Rezidenca served. There was a choice of Italian dishes for each day of the week as well as the usual buffet with tasty extras. Everything was fresh and delicious, big thanks to the cooks. It’s run by an Italian family, and the managers and staff were all kind and welcoming. I don’t speak Italian very well, so it was a good chance to pick up some words and phrases. A few seemed especially useful, like “Che bella donna.” 😉 I loved the Italian hospitality and atmosphere, the flavours, and the time under the Italian azurro sky. I’d love to visit La Rezidenca again.

The location was a big part of why we enjoyed our stay: the hotel is right by the beach and in the center of Ricione, so we could walk around and enjoy the city. The food was very good, the rooms were great, and the staff were kind and attentive. My husband and I have spent our holidays here three times now, and we’re very satisfied.
