The room was small but clean and comfortable, and breakfast was fine. It's close to the beach. For a good meal, try Hops. The food is excellent, and they don't rush you out when you're done.

We were there with four kids, and it doesn't get much better: friendly hosts and lots for the children to do. We've traveled around the world and seen a lot, and we've lived in northern, central, and southern Italy. I like the south.

The place felt run-down and short on maintenance. The air conditioning was broken, and the pool was unusable for four days because the water was green. Part of the lounge was off limits because it was reserved for the owner's dog. Cleanliness was poor, from the rooms to the greasy dishes. Leftover food was put back in the aperitif area, and breakfast was embarrassing, with hard bread. There was only one hour of entertainment on one evening, and the children had four broken toys.

The worst hotel I've ever seen. The rooms were dirty, the sinks clogged, and there was no water. The heating kept cutting in and out, and there were bidets in the showers. I also saw a work of art I'd never seen before. A negative experience.

The building is dated, but the rooms were clean and had good air conditioning. The food was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. The owner kept everything under control and paid attention to each guest's needs. A positive experience. Thank you all for the hospitality.
