We were on the top floor, but the elevator made that easy. The apartment was nice and comfortable, with air conditioning available for an extra fee. If you can, reserve a parking space.

Maria and the staff deserve a special thank you for being professional and kind from our very first contact. We had a beautiful, peaceful week here with my husband and our 12-year-old son, and we'd love to come back next season. The property was clean, well kept, and had all the comforts we needed. Our apartment was new, practical, and comfortable, especially the spacious bathroom with its window and big shower. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, I rarely sleep so well on holiday. It's very convenient for the sea and the promenade on Viale Dante, but still private and exceptionally quiet. I'm giving four stars because I think the terrace could use some greenery and an awning to make it feel more private and inviting. This was our first stay, but it certainly won't be our last.

For four years now, I've stayed here for two months each time, and I've been very happy with the house. It has everything I need. Mrs. Maria is so kind and pleasant, and she's always available. The Relax Vacanze team are also lovely and consistently there to help. I'll keep coming back.

Mr. Daniele was so kind and helpful. The building is a little old, though, and the only TV is a 22-inch one, which is just ridiculous. The balconies facing the street are huge, while the other ones are very small.
