We got a lot for a very competitive price, including breakfast and one meal. The hotel’s restaurant was as good as more renowned, full-service restaurants, and the staff were exceptionally organised, kind, quick, and accommodating. There’s also a tiny pool that’s emptied and cleaned every evening. The location worked well for us: a lovely park is behind the hotel, the beach is about 250 metres away, and viale Amerigo Vespucci is 100 metres away. It’s the most beautiful road I’ve ever seen, full of shops, restaurants, bars, piadinerie, ice-cream parlours and more. Rimini is a fantastic place for a holiday, work, or life as a resident, and this hotel should be high on the list for a short stay. You get much more than you’d expect from the three stars. I’ll admit I was unsure about paying in advance, since I’d never done that before. Our three-bed room was a bit small, but clean, tidy, and had everything we needed.

The hotel looks lovely at night, with a great atmosphere and view, and the price is reasonable. Breakfast had lots of choices and was excellent. The rooms are quite small and not very modern, but the service was awesome.

I’m really disappointed by this trip. I paid for a room I never used, and the woman at reception stayed on her phone throughout our conversation. Things got worse after check-in. We’d left our document at another hotel, and they said they’d email it to this one, but the staff here wouldn’t wait half a day for it. We found another place within an hour. Why did the other hotel try to help us after we’d paid, while you didn’t? And why aren’t your employees taught not to take a customer’s cards out of their hands? If you need customers so badly, treat them better. The service was really disgusting. I didn’t even receive the email with the billing details, and I can’t waste time discussing how dirty the bathroom was.

The only reason I’m giving two stars is the cute parrot outside. The room was dirty, with dust and noise everywhere; the beds were hard, the pillows thin, and the bathroom tiny. I even arrived to find an opened, used shampoo sachet. I’m so disappointed. Go somewhere else.
