Hotel Gaia

I felt really pampered here. Everyone was friendly, and the hotel was clean and excellent. There was plenty of food, with lots of care taken over gluten-free options. Dogs are welcome, even on the beach right in front, which is very convenient. I'd recommend it for older guests and for children alike. Very good, and I'll definitely return. Thank you.

I'm giving one star because that's the lowest possible. Last year I booked a room, but when we arrived the owner had us park and leave our bags in the lobby, then told us to wait because the room wasn't ready. We looked around while we waited. When we came back, they said they'd assigned our room to a family with an autistic child and asked us to let them have it. We agreed, and they offered to put us at Hotel Marittimo, where I'd stayed the year before and had a great time. After speaking with the owner at the Marittimo, we decided to cancel at the Gaia and stay there instead. We returned to the Gaia to explain and get our deposit back. The owner and a woman there made a fuss and didn't want to refund it. We raised our voices, and then they gave it back. This year I tried calling again, but never got a response. Never again.

It was our first time at this hotel, and we had a wonderful stay. The location is right by the sea, the staff were lovely, and the food was excellent. We also had a great first visit to Torre Pedrera. It's good for kids, with plenty to do. A special mention for Bagno 64: the staff were kind, and the entertainment team was excellent. We'd definitely visit again 🤪

We had a great week here and would happily come back to Hotel Gaia if we're in Torre Pedrera again. The room had a side sea view, though its bathroom was very small. Housekeeping was outstanding, with a thorough clean and fresh towels every day. The hotel is just steps from the beach, and the food was very good, with a bit of everything from starters and main courses to desserts and fruit. Everyone was friendly, especially Nadia, who looked after us all week and was kind and professional, and Doriano, who was also so welcoming. Friday nights brought fun parties with music, dancing, and appetizers. Best regards, everyone :))
