The room was clean and very good, and the Metro entrance is right under the building.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the manager made the place feel peaceful. My wife and I stayed for six days, and everything went perfectly. The room and bathroom had pleasant amenities, and housekeeping came every day, Sundays included. There are snacks for breakfast in the common area, along with a kettle, coffee machine, and special pods. Metro Line A is only twenty meters from the front door, and staff were always available right away if we needed anything. We'll definitely come back.

Hi! This was my second time booking with Yadir in Rome, and I recommend them to everyone. The staff are kind and really helpful. They clean the rooms every day, and the cleaning is excellent. The rooms and bathrooms have been renovated, with new floors, and are very well maintained. Thank you, Yadir. 😀

Dianir was a very attentive and helpful host. He waited for us at 11 PM to check us in and kept our bags after check-out. The stay was excellent. We had a spacious double room on Via Nobiliore, directly above the Giulio Agricola stop on the A metro line. Termini Station is about 20 minutes away, and we found it a great base for exploring Rome. There are all kinds of shops and services nearby, plus a place downstairs that makes very good, affordable Roman-style takeaway pizza. We also found at least a couple of breakfast bars within a 5-minute walk. The bed had a nice firm mattress, and the recently renovated bathroom had a large shower. Our room also came with a small refrigerator and a covered balcony overlooking the inside of the building. We found the guesthouse through the "Bed and Breakfast" website.
