Simone was really helpful, and the air conditioning was almost too cold! We stayed in a very central spot and walked everywhere: the Vatican took 15 minutes, the Colosseum 30, and Trevi Fountain 10.

The staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect. The room was comfortable, really nice, and had all the facilities.

Lovely, helpful owners and a clean, comfortable place for the money. Great value. I'd highly recommend it.

The location is excellent and the rooms are standard, but the management was a mess. Twice, after confirming by phone that rooms were available, the owner cancelled on the very day I was due to stay, without any reason. The first time we managed to reach an agreement. The second time, the owner communicated the prices so poorly that I chose somewhere else. This place needs serious, organized management, especially given the location and all the tourists who visit Rome every day. Instead, the owner's lack of preparation and ability to manage things were overwhelming. Good luck to anyone who contacts Simone, you'll need it!

The rooms are private, modern, new, and clean, with a real sense of elegance. The place has a family feel, and the owners are always happy to share information about Rome or offer you a coffee. Truly hard to match. Congratulations.
