We were really looking forward to staying here, but what we found didn’t look like the listing, and we felt uneasy about spending the night. We brought our concerns to the staff, hoping to sort things out. The person we spoke with was dismissive, then became defensive and aggressive when we explained why we were unhappy. It was upsetting to ask for help and be treated that way. After that, the manager called many times but didn’t let us explain our concerns, speaking over us instead. We no longer felt comfortable at the property, so we left without staying. The room itself was disappointing, but the way the situation was handled made the experience especially negative. A more understanding response from the staff could have made a real difference.

Good location, and the room had a nice terrace. The jacuzzi was comfy too.

Getting into the city center by bus was easy, with a stop right by the hotel. The train station, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets were close as well. The hotel itself was beautiful and exceptionally clean, and the service was top-notch. I was honestly amazed by the place. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I had a great time, even though we’re usually pretty critical. The room was spotless, and they let us check out late without charging extra. It had all the comforts a couple could need, plus a peaceful atmosphere, two Smart TVs, a hydromassage shower with chromotherapy, and a large terrace. Thanks to Sarah for being so available and patient when I had trouble finding the property.
