We loved our stay at Alex Romano and would happily choose it again in Rome. The staff were marvellous, bringing fresh towels and tidying our room every day, and they let us leave our luggage after checkout because our flight was late. Our room had a pretty view, too. The location near Termini Station, with both trains and the metro, made getting around the city easy, and the price was good. A couple of things could be improved: the window didn’t seem firmly fixed, and it would’ve been better if the shower head could be moved instead of being fixed to the wall.

The security was concerning: on our last night, someone tried to get into our room around midnight. The staff were really nice, and the location close to the airport was convenient. The “breakfast,” though, was very underwhelming.

We were there for the first weekend in May. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. They also stored our luggage for free. I’d definitely return.

The atmosphere was lovely, and everything was clean. Salma and Malak, the girls who work there, were so sweet and nice. They did their jobs perfectly. I won’t forget them ❤️❤️

The rooms were cold in winter, and the linen was dirty. There was a terrible smell, and the walls had damp stains. Definitely avoid.
