The Colosseum and metro line were only two short blocks away. A great place to stay while we were visiting Rome.

Giacomo was very helpful, and the apartment had lots of practical things for our trip. It was so convenient for the Colosseum, just steps away, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and some really nice bars nearby. The air conditioning was a bonus, and the service was excellent.

The one clear plus for me was the location, just steps from the Colosseum. I suspect I got the worst apartment in the building, since the ones in the photos looked much better. Ours was small, uncomfortable, poorly maintained, though generally clean. I strongly wouldn't recommend it for a family. A solo traveler or couple might manage. The neighborhood gets crowded at night and has lots of bars, so sleeping well is hard. On top of that, our old windows were actually broken.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable, this apartment is perfectly functional and close to plenty of amenities. I'd gladly stay here again.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived. Its spot right by the Colosseum is great, but it was very humid and had lots of mosquitoes. Maybe okay for a night or two, though I wouldn't stay longer. The rooms are also very poorly soundproofed. I don't recommend it.
