I spent a month here and found it perfect for a longer stay in Rome. It's in a residential area that felt very secure, with no beggars or homeless people at all. There are four supermarkets close by, three pizzerias just downstairs, three coffee places, and Ponte Milvio is nearby for nightlife. Bus 32 gets to the city center easily every 30 minutes. The one thing missing is a washing machine. Everything else was perfect.

Getting here is easy by public transport or car, and the center of Rome is close. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby. The house is bright and well equipped for a stay, and the owner is welcoming, helpful and a good cook. He can arrange lunches or dinners to suit your needs. Thanks for everything, and I hope we'll see you again soon.

My flight was delayed, so I couldn't arrive before 7 pm, even though check-in was from 3 pm to 7 pm. The man refused to give me the keys or help me, and he wouldn't hand them over the next day either. He was extremely inconsiderate and arrogant. I got no refund for my stay. Four hours before I landed in Rome, he left me stranded with no solution and no intention of helping.

The owner had all the basic things ready for us, including things I wouldn't have thought of: a coffee machine with lots of pods, mixed breakfast items, milk, water, oil and pasta. The place is small but comfortable, and it even has an elevator, though it's a little small because it was added later, the owner told me. It's centrally located for getting transport into the center of Rome. Parking nearby was the only downside, since finding a free spot is a struggle, as it is in every city. Once you find one, it's best to get around by public transport, which works beautifully. We had a great time and would definitely return ✌️

The house was bright and extremely clean, just minutes from the center. We got curious about the owner's cooking, since he's a chef, and tried it. It was delicious. We'll definitely come back.
