The beds were excellent, and the street was quiet at night. The hotel and room were great too, with a nice amount of space, air conditioning, and a lovely bathroom with a big bath and separate shower. The floors could have used a deeper clean, but it wasn't a serious issue. The location is fantastic, close to famous landmarks and the metro, so it's easy to get around. To reach the hotel from the airport, we took the 'Leonardo Express' to the main train station, Termini, then the metro to 'Spagna'. Like on the London Underground, you can tap a contactless card at the gates instead of buying a ticket, and it's only a few minutes' walk from there. A few days before our arrival, the hotel asked roughly when we'd get there so someone could meet us. It's a small place, so the front desk is staffed only when needed. They're closely connected to the restaurant literally opposite, whose staff are happy to help with hotel matters, and they also provide a contact number. Breakfast at the restaurant is 'free' and basic, which isn't bad given all the nearby options. Try 'The baker of Sardinia'. The dinner options there are good and well worth a try.

The breakfast arrangement was awful. We had to walk to another location, and when we rang the bell there, nobody came to the door. We also never saw anyone come to the hotel itself, so there was no one to speak with in person. The person we did talk to was unprofessional and asked for a photo of my passport. I had a terrible stay and will never come back to this hotel.

The staff were amazing, and they even let us check in early. The hotel is close to all the main sights, with lots of good restaurants nearby.

The room was comfortable and very clean, and the hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was served at the restaurant across the street and was very good too. We were welcomed warmly and had a wonderful experience!
