We stayed for three nights and were very happy with the experience. The rooms were clean and cute, and the host was kind and helpful. The location is convenient, with everything within walking distance. After checkout, we realized we hadn’t checked the room carefully. They found my husband’s watch and he messaged us right away to let us know it was there. We returned to Rome for another night at the hotel, and he gave the watch back. He was professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Manzoni metro station is right around the corner, and the place is away from the tourists. It has only a few rooms. We had a garden-side suite and enjoyed every minute, though the surrounding buildings made it a little dark. The atmosphere was relaxing and romantic, with a small 'fireplace' and candles. There was coffee, tea, a water cooker, and a fridge. Breakfast was at a local bistro, with coffee and sweet pastry. Staff were very friendly. Reception was open only in the morning and when guests were arriving, which was absolutely no problem. The bathroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. We were very happy and extended our stay as soon as we arrived.

This hotel has a phone number, but nobody ever answers. There’s no website to contact someone with questions, and no email address either. I booked a room for January 3, 2021, then my airline changed my flight so I had to leave a day earlier. I asked through Agoda to shift my booking back by just one day. Two weeks later, Agoda finally replied that the hotel refused to make the change, even though it was outside my control. I’ll cancel the stay and would rather lose the money than book with a hotel that’s less considerate of its guests.

The room was pretty, but ours faced the road and was really noisy. You could also hear the neighboring rooms because the bathroom wall only came three quarters of the way up. If you choose to stay, ask for a courtyard-side room, as it should be much quieter.
