We booked seven nights, but couldn't manage even one. On arrival, the place was filthy, smelled awful, and looked nothing like the pictures. Sheets, toilet paper, and trash were scattered all over the room, and there wasn't a single clean towel or bedsheet. We booked somewhere else that same night. Avoid it.

It's really horrible. Don't be tempted to stay there, they won't refund your money.

The bathroom was rickety and the toilets didn't work. Dirt, dust, and mold were everywhere, and we even found a bedbug in the tent. A terrible experience, one of the worst places you could stay. Highly not recommended.

The location near Caffarella Park is convenient and quiet, which is a real plus compared with some more elegant B&Bs where traffic noise is a serious problem day and night. The room and amenities were clean and straightforward. It's not a luxury B&B, but I think it's still worth considering for a short stay.

We were meant to stay in room 2, but other guests had taken it. The owner moved us to a bigger room, but it was absolutely filthy and moldy.
