The room was excellent and very well maintained, but we had a serious problem with the parking situation. The host assured us the parking was very safe and good. We parked our rental car on the street, and the inside near the steering was all shattered. When we called the guest house and followed up multiple times, the host didn't help us. The claim that the place is safe doesn't match what happened, and we got no support. Please be careful.

I really enjoyed my four days and three nights here. The room was new and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the separate bathroom was spotless. They gave me a key for it, so I didn't have to share with anyone else, which wasn't a problem at all. The location is handy, close to two bus stops and Garbatella metro station, and the owners were kind and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it!

Maurizio was kind and accommodating when we needed to check in later than the stated time. We really enjoyed staying at this guest house. It's in a quiet, safe area, which helped us feel at ease. I'd highly recommend it for a couples getaway.

Oscar, Monica and Jose had a lovely stay. Mauricio & Audrey were so warm and helpful, always ready to sort out whatever we needed. The place was clean, cozy, and close to Rome's main sights, with public transport easy to reach. Highly recommend it.

It's in a really quiet spot beside the Appia Antica. The Guest House was managed perfectly, with spotless rooms and all the comforts you need. Big congratulations to the Super Host !
