I was very disappointed by how unclean this property was. It’s advertised as a self check-in place with no reception, which was fine with me, but the condition on arrival was nowhere near acceptable. The fridge was dirty, the toilet seat was unclean and the bowl had heavy limescale, and there was visible mould in the shower. I also found hairs on the bathroom floor and tiles, dust in several places, ice built up in the freezer, and dirty outside windowsills. I contacted the property right away to ask for a clean. A staff member came the next day but only cleaned the fridge, leaving the toilet, shower, and general dirt untouched. The poor cleanliness and minimal effort to fix it made the stay very disappointing.

It was a comfortable, very nice apartment for our family of six, and only a 10-minute walk from the central area. I’d give it more stars if it had a washing machine and ironing board. After nearly a week of travelling, we really needed to do laundry.

A really nice apartment with two bathrooms and all the conveniences of a hotel, minus the bustle. We took advantage of the Vespa rental two doors down on our last day in Rome, and it was fantastic.

The location made getting around easy, with Termini station and public transport close by. We found the room clean, the bed comfortable, and the room itself quite nice. Help by phone came promptly too. I was very satisfied and would stay here again on another trip to Rome.

The apartment was tidy and comfortable, and it was easy to reach. The owner was helpful and flexible, letting us check in early. Thanks again for that! Just one small suggestion, a microwave would be nice. :) Nikolett&Krisz
