The area made this a convenient place to stay, with the metro, Vatican and nearby sights close by, plus restaurants and food shops within easy reach. Nancy was terrific: friendly and considerate about check-in and check-out, and able to communicate well with guests in four languages. For a B&B, this deserves a full five stars. I had such an excellent stay that I can see myself returning, even though I rarely want to revisit the same accommodation.

Nancy made us feel as if we'd known her for years. She was a lovely, helpful host, and there are plenty of bars and shops right nearby. The Vatican and metro are both about a ten-minute walk away.

Nancy was so nice and helpful. We stayed in a clean, spacious two-bedroom apartment, separate from the B&B itself. It had a kitchen with a pantry, microwave, coffee machine and fridge, plus a bathroom and an extra toilet. Traffic was audible from the kitchen, but the bedrooms stayed completely quiet. A good choice if you want to be very close to the Vatican and Ottaviano metro station.

The breakfast was pretty limited: coffee, packaged biscuits, melba toast, jam and pastries. I went to local cafes instead. We also had no hot water on the first day, though it was available on the remaining nights. Nancy was nice, and the accommodation was adequate. The location was a real plus, right by the Vatican and St. Peter's Square. Public transport made it fairly easy to reach the rest of the city, and I also enjoyed walking, usually about 30 minutes. Next time I'd probably choose somewhere a little different.

We had a great three-night stay in February. The apartment was spotless, right beside the Vatican and the metro, and Nancy was a wonderful host who shared lots of information about her beautiful city. I'd recommend it and hope to return soon. Thanks again for everything ☺☺
