The garden is really lovely, and the location is very good. Everything was clean, the bed was fairly comfortable, the AC kept the room warm, and we had no issues with the water. Still, this is an okay B&B, so don't expect hotel-level service. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all while we were there, breakfast was very limited, and they asked us to pay in cash. You can hear people in the corridor and other rooms, though it wasn't too bad. No one mentioned that the floors are really cold, so bring indoor shoes. Finding the entrance was tricky at first. The staff barely spoke English, so Italian and Russian (?) were the only options. I'm not sure who was replying to emails written in English.

We had a lovely, peaceful four-day stay. The rooms were nice, clean, and tidied every day, with free WiFi that worked very well. There are restaurants and shops close by, the Metro is nearby, and the Colosseum is within reach. We especially enjoyed breakfast and coffee served with a warm smile, and eating in the beautiful garden among the fruit trees. Everyone was friendly, and the price was very reasonable. They also arranged our airport taxi perfectly for 3 am.

The market and metro station are close by, and guests can use a small kitchen as well as the garden. You may hear the nearby school in the morning. The place is cosy and affordable, with helpful staff and comfortable beds. Rooms are clean and tidied daily, and they have air conditioning. The bathrooms are okay, though they could be more modern and user-friendly.

For what we paid, it was worth it. The rooms were spacious, and the two hosts were kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, served out in the beautiful green back garden. Public transport is close, and the Coliseum is within walking distance.

It's a great family-run hotel, with clean, warm, quiet rooms and everything you need. We could walk everywhere, and Manzoni station is only 5 minutes away.
