The terrace and location were the only good parts. The so-called "Penthouse" was an old, disgusting shed, nothing like the Booking photos, and in need of proper renovation. Dust was about half cantimeter tall on every surface and ceiling. There was mold in the bathroom, and the bedropes blanket and towels had holes and stains. Everything we touched felt like it was falling apart. The wifi barely worked, and there were strange noises from the tubes and outside. We'd booked the flat for a week, but even getting there meant climbing two sets of tiny stairs to the top floor. We politely asked to move or get a refund. They offered to send someone to clean, which wouldn't have helped, and then started threatening us. "Best service ever." We had to leave, find another hotel, and pay for it. Our vacation was completely ruined, and we'd paid 1500 euros, which isn't a small amount. Highly not recommended. I'd give it minus 10 stars if I could.

We left and had to pay for another place, which pretty much ruined our vacation. Booking.com photos don't match the apartment's actual condition. I'm attaching real pictures that show the difference. There was visible dust everywhere, including the windows, ceilings, and furniture, as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The apartment had a strong bad odor, and there was mold in the shower. Many things were broken or unusable, and we couldn't open the windows properly. Sheets, towels, and blankets were old, worn, stained, holed, and smelled bad. The conditions affected my health, causing allergic reactions and breathing problems. When we told the host, they offered only a superficial clean, which wasn't a real fix. They refused both a replacement apartment and a full refund. The host was rude, unprofessional, and threatening, and we felt unsafe. This place is unsanitary and unfit to stay in. It needs a thorough cleaning, repairs, and inspection before guests are offered it again.

The hosts knew about both issues, but couldn't do anything. The attic flat is in a nice location, which earns the two stars. I had no wifi, and every morning between 6 and 8 am there was an awful slurping noise. The toilet's connected to the building's shared pipe, so whenever someone showered or flushed, it made a horrible burping sound that woke me up and was unpleasant. I stayed here a week ago.
