The people at the front desk were a big help, from recommending a restaurant (the one across the street really is great!) to calling a cab. The free breakfast was good and had enough variety for both of us. Our room was small but practical, with extremely comfortable beds, and the bathroom was roomy, new, and very clean. The hotel is centrally located, so we walked everywhere while exploring Rome. We had such a good stay. If I get back to Rome, and I hope I do, I'd gladly stay here again.

The staff take a long time to answer the doorbell. The place is on the first floor of a building, so you have to ring to get in. The location works for a day or two, but it's not close to sightseeing spots. Our room was tiny, nearly claustrophobic, and had no ventilation, so it got steamy. It wasn't very clean and always smelled of sewage.

The staff were lovely, polite, and helpful, and the location is amazing. The room was spacious and mostly clean. It's a good deal and I'd recommend it, but there's no luggage room, so bags are left in the hallway. The bathroom smelled of sewage and made strange, loud noises. The street is also pretty loud, so bring earplugs.

The front desk lady was so kind and helpful, including with storing our luggage. The hotel is close to Termini Station, which made the location really convenient. The surroundings were fine. Highly recommended.
