The building felt secure, with three doors between the street and the room, opened with one badge, plus two keys. Given the surrounding area, that felt more than necessary. The neighborhood didn't feel safe to us. There were tags on the walls, and people hanging around who stared and made us uneasy. My girlfriend, who's hidden in the picture, asked me to meet her somewhere so we could return to the flat together and feel safer. The room had a large double bed, but the shower attachment was broken and the dressing room bar was too high to reach. The guy at the counter wasn't especially sympathetic either.

Worst place I've ever stayed. Don't go there.

Don't book a room here!!! It was cold, there was no heating, and we had to sleep wearing winter coats. The hotel's heating isn't working, and the heating and cooling unit only hums. The TV isn't connected, and both the rooms and bed linen are dirty.

I booked in October for an April stay because I wanted everything arranged well ahead of time. It was my 81-year-old grandpa's first vacation, and I was taking him. Then, just one week before we were due to arrive, the owner cancelled the reservation out of nowhere. When I called, he said he only had room for 4/6 nights. I assume he rented out the other two nights to someone who paid more. I told the hotel booking agency what had happened, and the man called my personal phone, furious that I'd 'snitched' on him. He offered to let us stay for 200 euros cash, but wouldn't email me that promise. The service was terrible. I really dislike this man. I had to book another hotel at the last minute for literally three times what I'd first paid. My family doesn't have much money, and my grandpa has a small pension, so this was a big setback. Don't book here.
