I couldn't find any major issue, so I gave it five stars. The bathroom was outside our room, which could be awkward, and breakfast didn't offer much, so a few more choices would have helped. Mornings could also get noisy because there's a dog in the building that starts barking every morning. 😐

The owner is very helpful and usually replies quickly on WhatsApp. The place is close to the Vatican museum entrance, and everything is self-service, including breakfast. There are three rooms: one has a private bathroom, while the other two have their own bathrooms outside the rooms. The breakfast room has a coffee machine and fridge, with dry food set out each day.

It's a quiet place near the Vatican museums and a lively area with lots of different restaurants. Flavia was very helpful with directions and ideas for places to visit, and I'd gladly come back. The rating loses two stars because the hot water kept being turned off, even with guests still inside.

I was robbed of all my belongings in Pisa and have a police report. I couldn't reach the property, but they kept the agreed fee of PLN 58 and refused to refund it. I followed up asking for a partial refund for cleaning or breakfast, but got no reply. As a customer, I want to be allowed to post my opinion of the property. Please respond.

The atmosphere here is cosy, and the Vatican is very close. Most of the city's main sights are easy to reach too. It's a great place to stay, and I'd come back if I returned to Rome.
