We could walk from the hotel to the landmarks, and its location near the city center was very convenient. The staff were friendly, customer service was helpful, and the rooms were quiet, clean, and big enough for us to stay comfortably. The price was better than at the other hotel. The cleaning staff came every day. Breakfast didn't offer much variety, but it was enough to fill us up. I'd stay here again in the future. Thanks to the whole team.

The room was fabulous, and the location made it easy to walk to the main sights. The area also felt quiet and safe in the evenings. Before we arrived, Alfonso made everything easy with brilliant communication. Then Ricardo looked after us so well. His knowledge and service were the best we've had in Europe. He made sure the room was just right and helped us plan tours, our itinerary, and restaurants. We'll definitely stay here again. THANK YOU for making our time in Rome exceptional.

Book a room here if you want trouble. I chose the “no prepayment” option on Booking.com, but they charged me for one night as soon as I booked and never returned the money, even though I cancelled two months before the date. The property management and Booking support both ignored my refund requests. Unbelievable behavior...

The breakfast and location were the best parts for us. There was a continental spread each morning with pastries, meat, cereal and other things, and the 8-11am hours gave us lots of time. We were also only about a 10 minute walk from the main shopping areas. Alfonso was a fantastic host, really welcoming and friendly, and he gave us tips on places to visit and eat. Our room was spacious, with a hot tub, air ventilation, which we needed, and a super round bed. The room itself let things down. There was mould on the bathroom tiles and curtains, dirt by the skirting boards, and so much limescale in the kettle that I wouldn't use it. I had no tea in the evening. The tub had the wrong plug, so it kept draining and needed topping up. The shower swung to boiling hot every 20 seconds or so, and the toilet seat was too small and uncomfortable. We only had two mugs and no drinking glasses, and sometimes the mugs weren't replaced. We ended up going to the kitchen for replacements ourselves. The room was on the same floor as reception and the kitchen, so check-ins, check-outs, and breakfast woke us up a couple of times. Another door between the room and breakfast area might help with the noise. One morning we had to wait for a table, which was inconvenient but not a major issue. There are two staircases at the building entrance and no signs saying which to use, so we took the wrong one first. We might stay again for the breakfast and location, but we'd look around first. The cleanliness especially didn't meet our expectations.
