I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or messages, and the door buzzer got no response either. I ended up waiting half an hour in the dark to check in, with nobody arriving to let me into the property. There's no concierge, and it felt most likely like a scam. I wouldn't waste your time booking it.

The rooms are very basic, but you can't beat the prices. There isn't staff on site, and the owner is the one who meets you. My flight got in two hours early, so nobody was there to let me in at first. The owner was really nice, though, and left what he was doing to come over and open the room for me.

Cold room, no heating, and no service. Nobody answered either. Don't go there for any reason.

A brilliant budget stay if you're looking for cheap accommodation near Termini station.

The receptionist, signore Elis, was really friendly and helpful. The place also looked newly renovated and was very clean.
