Mikaela at reception was a huge help when my partner and I arrived. We got a great upstairs room with a lovely view. Amazing experience, and we’ll definitely be back 😍

There’s no reception, and this isn’t a hotel, it’s an apartment in a building with just 2-3 rooms and shared common space. Our room looked nothing like the pictures. There were dirty towels on the window when we arrived, and room service never came to clean. This felt like a scam. Avoid it!

The old building was beautiful, and the room felt cozy and special. We were only a few steps from the Spanish Steps and Piazza di Spagna, with cute little streets nearby and all the major places walkable, especially handy when returning late at night. Sergey was really friendly and marked what we needed to know about the city on a map. His tips led us to some great places we might otherwise have missed. The whole team was friendly. Thanks for hosting us, we loved the stay!
