The rooms feel cramped and uncomfortable, and the management seems unprofessional. The students working there lack speaking and service skills. They lower the price to draw people in, but the blankets are reused and the bed sheets and pillow covers aren't changed.

The hotel was quiet and clean, and the room looked just like the pictures they sent. I'd recommend booking it when visiting Rome.

I was wary of walking around the neighbourhood, especially after dark, since it seemed a little dangerous. The house itself was lovely, clean, and comfortable.

It gets unbearably hot inside because there's no air conditioning, even with the window left open. The neighbourhood also didn't feel safe.

There was just one bathroom for the whole place, and the place wasn't clean. Terrible.
