The owner was such an angel 💕 When I arrived, the airline had left my luggage behind, so I had none of my things with me. My bag had everything in it, including emergency food, toiletries, and clothes. She did all she could to help, offering me toiletries and giving me food. I'll never forget people like her. A simple thank you doesn't feel like enough ❤️ The suite was very clean, neat, and cozy, with basic amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, water heater, heating and air cooling systems, and a storage cupboard. It's centrally located and feels very safe for solo female travelers, with restaurants within walking distance. The Vatican is just a few minutes away, and there's an easy transport connection to Termini central station. I highly recommend it.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I was due to travel to Rome the next day and sent Natalia several messages asking about different arrangements, through Airbnb and privately. She took more than 24 hours to reply. Being left waiting that long for a response felt unreliable and unprofessional.

We walked around Rome the whole time and never needed a bus or the metro. The B&B is close to the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Piazza Popolo, and the Pantheon, with Termini Station only a short taxi ride away. It’s in an elegant building with an elevator, and the place had all the comforts we needed. The owners were courteous and helpful even when we booked by phone, and they made us feel very welcome once we arrived. We’d happily come back. Thank you for everything!
