We paid a fair price for what was offered, and I’d rate the stay highly. The central location made it easy to get to the attractions, and our fifth-floor room had a lovely private balcony and its own bathroom, which gave us good privacy. Other rooms on that floor shared a bathroom, and the kitchen was shared by everyone there. There’s no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was self-prepared with limited choices and few vegetables. I was pleasantly surprised to find peanut butter, though. With help carrying bags upstairs and a wider breakfast selection, including more vegetables and oat milk, I’d rate it even higher.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the balcony overlooking Rome’s rooftops was incredible. The hosts were fabulous, the facilities were great, and the location was perfect for the major monuments. I’ve stayed in Rome before, but this has been my favorite place by far. I’m already planning to return next year and the year after. Thanks, Gianni, for all your help and hospitality!

Gianni, the host, was incredibly friendly, and we had a great time. The location is hard to beat since you can walk everywhere. This guest house was perfect, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The owner, Gianni.sonnino, was so helpful and did everything he could for us. This guest house is wonderful, and I’d happily stay here every time I’m in Rome. Superb all around.

We really enjoyed the terrace views, and the shared lounge and kitchen were nice places to have breakfast. There’s a self-service setup with coffee, milk, juice, and other choices. The rooms are new and have refrigerators. The bathroom is outside the room, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Gianni made everything fabulous, and the location is great. Thanks for everything!
