BB La Casa Di Giuly

The stairs are worth keeping in mind: the apartment is on the fifth floor with no lift, and some steps are quite small while others are large. It wouldn’t suit anyone with limited mobility. Still, we’d happily come back. We loved Casa di Giuly, a charming building dating from the 1600s. The terrace is a rare find in Rome, and both bedrooms had air conditioning, which we really appreciated during the 95°F summer heat. One room is close to the living room; the other had two single beds that could easily be pushed together to make something closer to a king-size bed. The bathroom setup was unusual, with the shower in the middle of the room alongside the toilet and sink, separated by a wraparound curtain. We thought it was interesting. Guilia was very sweet and made us feel welcome.
