Antica Residenza del Corso

The room was a little small, though that seems common in Italian hotels. The host was welcoming and gave us useful information, and the hotel was very clean and close enough to walk to many major attractions. Check-in was quick and easy. They even had an adapter plug available in case your charger doesn’t fit the European outlet. I’d highly recommend it for first-time travelers.

The rooms are simple but comfortable, and there’s no hotel restaurant, though plenty of places to eat right nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Antica residenza del Corsa is ideally placed for exploring Rome’s historic center: five minutes from the Trevi fountain, eight from the Spanish steps, and under a twenty-five-minute walk from the Vatican, the Coliseum, and the forum. You couldn’t ask for a better location, and I can’t recommend it enough.

The rooms are clean, renovated, and have everything you need. It’s on Via Del Corso, with all the sights about a 30 min. walk away. Federica is great too, Bacci e abrazzi.

I checked out the same day and had to book another hotel, losing our money in the process. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. On arrival, the reception was uncomfortably hot, the bathroom was in very poor condition, and the elevator wasn’t working, so we had to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor. When we asked Federica at the front desk about the repair, he couldn’t give us a clear answer. The room was hot and stuffy too, the sink was clogged, and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. I’d strongly advise against staying here.
