We keep returning to the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & SPA whenever we're in Rome because it never lets us down. The gym and spa are great for unwinding after a day in the city, and being beside Villa Borghese makes the setting feel like a quiet escape. The staff are what make it especially memorable. They're warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, and they go out of their way to make everything feel easy. The director deserves a special mention for the attention and presence that set the tone for the whole stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, peaceful, and full of charm. It feels luxurious while still personal.

My sister and I were here in October 2025, and we'd happily come back. It's outside the bustle of Rome Tourism, with a phenomenal coffee bar down the street. The pool area was phenomenal, the hotel was beautiful, and Mario at reception was incredible. Really, the whole staff was wonderful.

We had a beautiful 6 day stay. The room was always clean and the staff were so friendly. Food was magnificent, with something for everybody. Every part of the service was excellent, especially the food and beverage staff.

Great hotel, with superb rooms for what you pay, good service, and a good location. Fun fact: while I was there, a Chinese State representative gave them a hard time because the hotel was about to host some Taiwanese event. China tried to put pressure on them, but they stood up to those bullies and supported Taiwan anyway. More morals than lots of countries. Support them!

I'm Asian-American and remember staying here as a little kid, about a decade ago when we visited Rome. Thanks for standing up with Taiwan. I'll stay here again next time I'm on a business or family trip.
