The room was very spacious, and the location worked really well for sightseeing. I had great contact with the owner, who also suggested things to do. My only gripe was breakfast: there was just some cake to last the whole stay.

There are lots of sights within walking distance, and the Metro station is right nearby. The place was clean, the bed felt like one in a 4-star hotel, and the host was great. The bathroom was private, but outside the room, so you have to cross the corridor.

We let the accommodation know our flight was delayed, and at first it seemed everything was fine. But by the time we reached the airport, they said they could no longer check us in. They offered no alternatives, charged us the full amount, and didn't seem to care that we might be stranded overnight. They just wanted our money. Poor service.

Our flight into Rome was two hours late, and we told them we'd be arriving later. As soon as we landed, they said check-in was no longer possible and stopped responding. We had nowhere to stay that night, and they still charged the full amount.

The room was nice, the location was great, and check-in was easy. The host communicated fantastically.
