We stayed here in November 2018, and for the price I'd give it five stars. Ottaviano station is a five-minute walk, the Vatican is ten minutes away, and there are plenty of cafes and a supermarket nearby. The hotel is new, on the fifth floor of a residential building. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable, with a coffee maker and tea and coffee provided. One thing to know: the glass bathroom has no door, and the toilet's glass door doesn't keep odors from spreading through the room. It was pouring during our stay, and the heating hadn't been turned on yet, but the air conditioning could be used to warm the room. I'd recommend it to discerning travelers.

Simone, the owner, was kind, helpful, and well-organized. The renovation of the old apartment is beautiful, with a simple, modern style, and the cleanliness was excellent. The bed was really comfortable. It's five minutes from the Vatican Museums and ten from St. Peter's Square. Highly recommended.

The sweet breakfast portions were small, which was the only downside. Otherwise, the hotel is cozy, clean, and practical, and it's in a very good location. Simon, the owner, was kind, helpful, and attentive. It was a pleasure communicating with him. We'll definitely come back!
