The location was great, and I’d stay in this room again. The room itself was beautiful, though getting into the building was frustrating: the host took a while to explain things, and the door instructions weren’t clear. The TV volume was disabled.

We found the place very clean and had everything we needed. It was cosy, too. The Colosseum was about a 10-minute walk away, San Giovanni metro was also 10 minutes on foot, and the bus stop was just 2 minutes away. We spent a few days here and really liked the location.

I’d stayed here two weeks earlier and liked the location, so I booked again and got confirmation on WhatsApp. Then at 10pm the night before, they cancelled. I suspect they may have sold the room for more because it was a Saturday. Not great customer service.

The price was good, but the toilet lighting was poor.

The rooms are noisy, and the bathroom is outside the room because they turned an apartment into a hotel. It’s a 19-minute walk to the Colosseum. There’s also a place to get free water two minutes from the hotel.
