We stayed in one of the apartments on Via Del Babuino, and it was an awful experience. The apartment had bed bugs. At the end of the trip, we found bites and a rash on my 80-year-old father’s back. The owner dismissed our concerns as minor issues, which is completely unacceptable. The apartment smelled strongly of mold, stayed damp, and had almost no natural light. The sheets were dirty, with holes and hair, and much of the furniture was stained and worn. The bathrooms were in terrible shape and barely flushed; it took multiple calls to get them fixed. Loose, unsafe outlets were another problem, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the living room. The street-facing bedroom was noisy all night and had no blackout curtains. These apartments aren’t luxurious or comfortable. Please stay away from this company.

There are lots of restaurants around the area, and a bus stop right in front of the apartment. It’s a beautiful, spacious place about five minutes from San pietro - vatican, ideal for couples or families of four.

We were three adults staying three nights, from 14-17.11.2021. The apartment was worn out, and the heating couldn’t be adjusted to suit our needs because the temperature was fixed. Breakfast was nowhere near enough. The third bed had simply been set up in the middle of the living room, with no comfort for whoever had to sleep there. It also meant walking around it every time we wanted to use the living room or put something on the table. When I raised these problems, the owner shouted and cried, then asked whether we wanted to leave, even though it was dark and raining outside. She was very rude and impolite. Nobody checked during our stay to see if everything was okay. Just before we left, she sent a message telling us where to leave the keys.
