Erica at the front desk was the best, always smiling and full of helpful information. There was a problem with our room on the first night, but she moved us to another one the next morning without delay, and the hotel more than made up for that first-night inconvenience. Breakfast was really, really good, and the location was good too. We had a wonderful stay.

The bonus here is the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and a woman at reception showed me where the nearby subway station and bus stop were. They also called a taxi for me when I asked. The hotel was clean and nice, with good-sized rooms and an attached balcony. Hot water was available all the time, and there was an elevator. It's very close to the subway, and the breakfast buffet was decent.

The bathroom was our one complaint. The toilet leaked, and the upper walls looked like mildew or mold had been painted over with white paint. Breakfast was great and the employees were great too. There were places to eat nearby, but the hotel is also close to a bar/club and a hospital, so on Saturday night we heard ambulance sirens and drunken shouting.

As a tour guide, I brought my clients here and loved everything about Best Western Hotel Globus. Breakfast was simply great, and the rooms were done up perfectly and the hotel was super clean. The staff were kind, helpful, and proactive. The location is amazing, close to the metro station in a very safe neighborhood. I hope to return to Best Western Hotel Globus with clients very soon. Definitely RECCOMEND.

Everything was wonderful, from the room and cleaning service to the breakfast and the personnel. It's a great hotel for the right price, and I'd come back. Policlinico metro station is nearby, along with Lidl, pizza and pasta, and libraries.
