It’s a nice place, but it was pretty dirty. There was white dust on the bathroom floor, black grease stains on the double-bed sheets, and marks in the kitchen. I’d gladly come back if it were cleaner.

We’ve been out of the room for two hours with our small child and luggage, and the owner still hasn’t answered. I’ve called 15 times with no response. Booking.com hasn’t sorted it out either, and we’re waiting for them to find a solution. Stay away.

Good evening, I stayed at your hotel in Rome on November 18, 2025, at 3:20 PM, and the condition of the place was disappointing. The bathroom was broken, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and sanitation was terrible. The heating didn’t work despite several complaints. Kitchen utensils were both broken and dirty, especially unpleasant in the cold weather. Nothing worked properly.
