There were plenty of towels, which was good. But the room itself is basic, it was noisy, and it’s not really close to the heart of Trestevere. Getting in also means dealing with a lot of keys. For the money, it didn’t feel like good value. If you’re under 30, it might suit you.

My partner felt very safe in the building, with three locked gates to get through. The room was immaculate, nicely decorated, and very clean, and the host was accommodating. It’s a short walk to central Trastevere, but far enough away to avoid the noise. There’s a nice Neapolitan pizza restaurant across the road. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome.

The neighborhood is lovely, with some nice local restaurants, and you can get to destinations by bus or tram. The apartment is small but lovely, with a balcony and a nice location. All in all, a very nice place to stay!

Chiara was always there to sort out any questions we had. The place is very close to the tourist area, and it was a great base for staying in Rome. I’d recommend it 100% if you come to Rome!
