The airline refunded me, and my sister received a refund from the other hotel where she was staying too. This hotel gave me nothing. That says a lot about how they treat people. I had to cancel because my father, who is battling cancer, was suddenly hospitalized with a life-threatening infection just two days before my trip. I called on the evening of June 22 and offered to provide proof from the hospital. The woman on the phone showed no sympathy and kept repeating that free cancellation was only possible up to five days before check-in. I understand that policies exist, but emergencies don't follow deadlines, and the complete lack of compassion was shocking. If something tragic happens, you'll already be dealing with the suffering and despair, and you'll lose a lot of money too. Don't book here if you expect basic empathy or decent treatment when life takes an unexpected turn.

The host was lovely and stayed in touch on WhatsApp. Getting in with the codes was easy. I did miss having another table, or even some wall hooks for clothes. Breakfast downstairs at the coffee shop was yummy. Otherwise, I'd recommend staying here. ☺️

They advertise breakfast included, but all I got was one croissant and a coffee. And I paid a hotel price for what felt like a quarter of an apartment. This isn't really a hotel. It's an apartment in a residential building, divided into small rooms with interior walls, so you can clearly hear people in the other rooms. The toilet noises were especially unpleasant. The balcony had no chair or table, and sleeping was a struggle because the blanket didn't have a proper sheet.

We stayed for five days, and the room was very clean, with daily cleaning and fresh, clean sheets. The queen-size bed was comfortable too. The location worked really well for us. The metro is a one-minute walk away, and there are different restaurants and shops nearby. Thanks to everyone there. We'll be back for sure.

The room was clean and had comfortable facilities. It's near the metro and about 15 minutes from the city center, so the location was great. I'd recommend this place for a good holiday in Roma. 😍😍
