The staff were fantastic and very accommodating, and the rooms gave us plenty of space to unwind. We had our own patio as well as access to the shared rooftop, with sweeping 360-degree views of the city. A beautiful place in a beautiful location. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Rome.

We spent every evening watching the sunset from the terrace, and somehow the view never lost its magic. It was breathtaking up there and made the whole place feel special. The hotel’s service and rooms were far beyond what we expected, and we’ve just come back from the most wonderful trip. We can’t wait to return to Rome and stay here again. This place is a hidden gem.

We loved having coffee on the rooftop in the morning and again in the evening while figuring out the next day’s plans. The view of the Colosseum and the rest of Rome was wonderful at both times, and having it right at the guesthouse meant we didn’t need to pay elsewhere for a city view. The hotel is on a street not far from the Colosseum. Staff were friendly and very accommodating, and our room was clean and spacious. The rooftop terrace was easily the best part. Definitely my favorite hotel in Rome, highly recommended.

We stayed in the Roma room at the Terme di Tito, which was spacious, stylish, and clean. The breakfast was lovely, too. There were stunning views over Rome from both the balcony and the terrace attached to the room. The manager was great, really charismatic, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home.
