Roberto was lovely. He met us right on time, shared lots of helpful information, and let us leave our luggage while we went exploring. When we came back, our bags had already been taken to the rooms. The rooms had an authentic feel. The beds were decent, the shower had good pressure, and the air conditioning and fridge both worked well. There weren’t many glasses, but there were plenty of plates.

Bollo Apartments made a great base in Rome. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the location was close to everything we wanted. The team were friendly and helpful throughout. We’d recommend it for a convenient, comfortable stay.

A cute, quiet apartment that’s clean, comfortable, spacious for 3-4 people, well equipped, and in a great location.

We’ve been staying at Bollo for about 8 years, visiting Rome two or three times each year. The rooms are always spotless and comfortable, and we value having a fridge and small kitchen for the times we don’t feel like eating out. The location is excellent too. What really makes Bollo special is Roberto’s genuine kindness. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Highly recommended.
