The only real issue was that there was no sign outside, and the rooms aren’t soundproof, so you can hear doors closing and people moving around. The interiors were classy and very good, and we had a lovely city view from our room. The staff were nice, gave us some freebies and a map, and were helpful when we asked for recommendations. We stayed here recently and everything else was perfect.

We’re a family who travels a lot and has seen many places around the world, but this was one of the worst accommodations we’ve encountered. The photos are misleading, and the room we were given couldn’t be found on the Agoda website. They wouldn’t refund us or do anything to help the customer. I agree with the earlier reviews that this seems like a typical scam: great pictures and fake reviews to hook you, followed by guaranteed disappointment. One star is too much. Nobody should visit this place.

There isn't a front desk. Someone meets you, hands over the key, and explains how to get in, but don't count on the contact number being answered around the clock. The location is handy, and the coffee and pastry shop next door is worth checking out. The purple room was nice, with changing lights in the bathroom. Room 101, the brown one, could use updates, and its shower was broken. Fine for a quick stay.

The apartment was cozy, modern, and clean, and getting to the city center was easy. We had our best stay in Rome so far and would happily come back if we return.
