The room we got was far older and in much worse shape than the pictures on Booking.com suggested. It was also dirty and damp, with a moldy smell. There were hairs on the sheets, the bed was uncomfortable and partly broken, and the hot water ran out fast. When we asked to switch rooms, they refused. Getting around was difficult too because the nearby tram wasn't running. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I chose this place because it was close to the tram stop, but the tram wasn't running. I could still get to the city center by bus and metro. The city tax was 12 euros per day, which felt kinda criminal, though I hadn't noticed it on the booking site. The room itself was okay and had decent space. I could make tea and eggs in the kitchen. The bed was fine, if a little noisy, but the cleaning could've been better since there was women's hair in the bathroom.

We couldn't get another room when we asked, even though the one we had was damp, dirty, and smelled of mold. There was hair on the sheets, the bed was broken and uncomfortable, and the hot water didn't last long. The tram nearby wasn't operating, which made getting around difficult. I don't recommend this hotel.

We really liked our two-night stay in Rome. The room was quiet and very clean, and the bakery downstairs made breakfast easy, with tasty options each morning. The neighborhood might not be the best for tourists, but the host helped us feel safe right away. The gentleman from the bakery who checked us in was so kind and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the start.

The room we found on arrival looked completely different from the photos on the site. It didn't feel safe, so we left and lost our money. Total scam!
