The host and the lady were so friendly and accommodating, and let us leave our bags before and after our stay. Breakfast included ham, cheese, yogurt, pastries, coffee, tea and more. There was always coffee, tea, and fruit in the common room, along with a kettle and microwave. The room was clean, comfortable, practical, and had everything we needed. The location is convenient, quiet, and on the safer side of Termini. We had a great stay and I'd recommend it.

For a very reasonable room price, they even include breakfast and keep the mini fridges stocked with drinks. This little family-run hotel or guesthouse has a lovely warm feel. The owner or manager is genuinely kind and generous, and really goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome.

I was really happy with my five days and four nights here. The host was so kind, and the location was excellent. Highly recommend!”

The owners are lovely and will store your luggage before or after checkout. There's a welcome fridge with free cold drinks, and breakfast has a bit of everything: fruit, bread, cereal, jam, juice, milk, croissants, cakes, yogurt, cheese, ham, and cappuccino. It's not a huge spread, but plenty for breakfast. The rooms are really clean. The train station is close, and all the buses start there. A little gem.

We felt completely at ease here. Everything was extremely clean and well equipped, and Massimo was brilliant and flexible with us during our short visit. I'd strongly recommend staying here.
