The location worked well, close to Roma Termini, restaurants, and a supermarket. Inside, the room was clean and had enough space for a pleasant stay and some rest in Rome. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked properly, and housekeeping cleaned the room and replaced the towels every day.

We booked two nights, but nobody opened the door when we arrived, and our money is gone. We reported it to the police, and our reviews have been removed. Please, Google, leave this up so others know what they may be dealing with. Be warned, we feel we were deceived.

I paid for the stay in advance, but nobody showed up. The reservation was canceled at the last minute and I got no refund. The host left me out on the street for two nights.

The price was reasonable, and it’s close to the train station. Everything was good.

They canceled our January booking three weeks before the trip, sending a message that was rude, to put it mildly. They said there were power and water shortages, even though rooms were available for those dates in the low season. Was that really the reason, or had they found someone willing to pay more than the €48 we booked for? They also called and demanded that I cancel the reservation, using swear words and speaking to me rudely and disrespectfully. Shame on you. If you can’t communicate appropriately and assertively, find a different career.
