We were told check-in was at 17.00, which is already late, and check-out was before 10.00. We arrived at 17.15, only to be told we couldn't check in until 20.00 because the previous guests had checked out late. We got neither an apology nor a discount.

I'm really disappointed. The photos don't match what we found, and many of the listed services aren't there. The staff were impolite and unprofessional. Prices were excessive, the room was dirty, and the bed linen and towels smelled bad. I don't recommend this hotel. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The only good thing was the location. We stayed three nights at this B&B over New Year's Eve, and I won't return. The photos made it look like a gem, but the entrance was dirty and neglected, and our room was freezing. There were visible scratches on the headboard, the bed was small for two, the sheets were ridiculous, and the bathroom was decent. What bothered me most was the complete lack of customer service and professionalism. A room that cold isn't acceptable by hotel standards.

I'm an old customer, and the place itself is beautiful and comfortable. But after I was told to arrive at 5:30 pm, reception said my room wouldn't be ready until after 7:30 pm. I understand problems can happen. The arrogance and rudeness at reception, though, were beyond anything reasonable. They even told me, "Either wait or call the police, do as you like." Change the staff, they're rude and don't know how to do their jobs.
