The bathroom has a lovely view, and the owner's photos give a good sense of what the flat is like. It's a cute place for a vacation and has what you need, though the cooking options are a little limited. The Vatican is very close, and just around the corner Buona Forchetta has friendly staff and a nice menu. A good spot for an evening meal.

The private garden was a lovely place to sit with a coffee or a book, away from the busy streets. The hosts made us feel like family from the moment we arrived, and were thoughtful about sharing local tips, restaurants, and things to do. The home itself has carefully made furnishings that mix traditional and modern touches, with a warm feel and well-organized rooms equipped with all sorts of comforts. It's on a quiet street, just steps from Rome's main attractions, so exploring by day and returning to somewhere peaceful worked really well. I was very happy with my stay at Rampa Brancaleone 86 in Rome. It's a wonderful choice for experiencing Rome comfortably, and I'd love to return.

It's a shame the basics fell short. The shower was faulty, the bathroom sink had no hot water, and there was no duvet even though it was November. Still, the place is small, cute, clean, and fairly close to everything. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was quiet.
