Constanza was lovely and happy to answer questions or suggest places to eat and drink, most of them nearby. Breakfast was delicious, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept like babies. The B&B is close to Ottaviano metro station, and Vatican City is an easy walk away. If you're up for walking, you can see a lot of the city from here. With the windows open at night, there can be traffic noise, though that's about the only complaint I can think of. We'd recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Rome.

When we got there on our reservation date, nobody answered the door or the phone. There was no one there, so we had to book somewhere else right then. I can't recommend it, and we're not sure we'll get our money back.

Costanza was so kind and helpful, and the neighborhood was quiet. The rooms were spacious and well looked after. It's a handy location, close to the Metro and about 10 minutes from Termini. From here it's a 10-minute walk to St. Peter's, with the whole city center easy to explore after that. I'd recommend it to any friends visiting Rome.

We came back to this cozy bed and breakfast for a second stay, and it confirmed our first impression. The room and bathroom were spotless, and breakfast was excellent. Ottaviano metro station is close by, making it easy to get to St. Peter's Square and the rest of the city. If I return to Rome, I already know where I'll stay. Highly recommended.

Constanza is warm and helpful, and will happily suggest restaurants or sights if you ask. The room was nicely furnished, and the location works especially well for the Vatican. The metro is a one-minute walk away, with a small supermarket and several bars and restaurants nearby too. We weren't so keen on the noise with the window open, and air conditioning would be a nice extra. Even so, the price feels fair for what you get.
