We had a February reservation and called to check a few things, but nobody spoke English. The woman who answered only spoke Italian, then hung up. Great. I said I'd change my rating if the manager or someone got in touch. We ended up cancelling, and Booking had to apologize for you. The woman on the phone didn't even try to apologize. This was really unprofessional. Good day.

It's an apartment in an old building with four rooms, and they were all occupied. That caused some problems. One evening I found the door open and someone looking inside, and one of the showers wasn't working.

Great location. The hostel is nice, but pretty basic.

The people were nice, and so was the room.

Our room was small, but clean, practical, and welcoming. There are at least four cafes nearby for breakfast. The metro is close, and it's only three stops to Termini Station. One evening we were in Trastevere and walked to Largo Argentina to catch a bus that dropped us right outside the guesthouse.
