The bus stop right outside made getting around easy, and Colloseo was close enough to walk to as well. We had a really pleasant stay, and the owner was lovely. They welcomed us with coffee and a croissant, and there was a coffee machine and kettle in the room. The bath leaked a little, though it wasn't too bad.

That birthday surprise for my wife turned out better than I could've hoped. Our host was so friendly and went above and beyond when I asked for help arranging it 😭 The room was comfortable, with a coffee machine, TV and air conditioning all working well. For that quality, the price was really fair. After all the walking around Rome, it was a great place to come back to and rest. 100% recommended 💯💯

We found the neighborhood safe, with shops and restaurants close by, and the location worked really well. A nearby bus goes straight to the Colosseum, while the metro takes about a 10-15-minute walk to reach. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable, and check-in was hassle-free. I recommend it 👍

Conveniently, there's a bus stop and metro nearby, as well as a delicious pizza place. I'd gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.
